Petites Wired Bra Pattern Collection

This pattern is digital copy for cup sizes A, AA, and AAA. The order of assembly is printed on A4 paper and the pattern sheet is large and requires printing at a print shop. There are also pattern sheets in A3 options.

BOO2 - An all lace frameless wired bra. Materials Requirements - 2m of 16cm firm stretch lace, 0.3m of sheer nylon, 2m of 10mm facing elastic, 1m of 12mm underwire casing, 1 pair of underwires, 1m of 10mm bra strap elastic, matching rings and slides, bow motif to finish. The BOO2 is an all lace bra, but can be made in fabric if desired. Tricot cups and Powernet backs are recommended, and if using lace for upper cups and centre front only, 7cm lace is needed.

BOO3 - A framed wired bra. Materials Requirements: 0.3m of Powernet, 1m of at least 8cm wide firm stretch lace, 0.3m of Tricot, 1m of 10mm or 12mm bra strap elastic, 1m of 10mm facing elastic, 1m of 12mm underwire casing, 1 pair of underwires, 2 hook and eye tab, motif or bra charm. If making an all lace BOO3 you would require 15cm lace.

Dart Bra - A lace cup wired bra, great for scallop edge laces where you dont want to interupt the lace pattern muc. Materials Requirements: 1m of at least 16cm of scallop edge rigid lace, 0.4m of sheer nylon for lining, 0.4m of Powernet, 1m of strap elastic (width of choice) with matching rings and slides, 2m of 10mm facing elastic, 1m of 12mm underwire casing, 1 pair of underwires, 2 hook and eye tab, bow motif to finish.

Balconette - A wired lower cup bra. Materials Requirements: 0.3m of Lycra (same again of a contrasting Lycra if desired), 2m x 10mm facing elastic, 1m of 10mm or 12mm bra strap elastic, matching rings and slides, 1m x 12mm underwire casing, underwires and a bow motif to finish

Polyester thread is recomended for lingerie sewing and stretch needles for your sewing machine. Silk pins also prevent damage to delicate lingerie fabrics and laces.

Paper sizes for printing

• A4 paper = 210mm x 197mm
• A3 paper = 297mm x 420mm 
• Large scale pattern sheet = size varies depending on the pattern and should be printed in a print shop

If you are unable to get the A3 pages printed on an A3 printer or at a print shop (as is recommneded), you can use the 'tile only large pages' option most A4 printers have under the page size and handling. They will print across many pages and you can stick them together. There is a scale box to ensure you are printing to scale. Please know Booby Traps always receomends you print on the recommended size A3 printer. Larger pattern sheets must be printed in a print shop.
